Our consultants understand business drivers and the strategic direction a business must take to achieve operational excellence in the deployment of any solution. With this in mind, our approach is structured and collaborative with the business and not technology-led.
Grove ITSM provides Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Best Practice and BMC Remedy ITSM suite consultancy. Particular areas of focus are Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management and CMDB. Our focus on the BMC Remedy ITSM suite means we can provide expert technical and operational support.

- Provided consultancy to assist with the on-boarding of a large customer for a global service provider
- Implemented BMC Remedy SRM using bespoke interface forms for various internal and external facing customers
- Implemented a bespoke request management system, based on BMC Remedy SRM, to handle asset purchases, stock control and delivery, which included multiple third party involvement
- Transitioned a large legacy CMDB to BMC Atrium CMDB for a global customer
